Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift in our department lately. Travel budgets have been noticeably tighter, and we're being much more selective about approving expenses that aren't absolutely essential. Projects that were initially greenlit seem to be under closer scrutiny now, with more hoops to jump through for funding.
