Okay, so I haven't seen any official news, but the vibe at Cencora feels like things are on pause. My team's been told to hold off on any new hires, and a couple of open positions we were trying to fill just got put on indefinite hold. It's not just us. A buddy in another division mentioned their hiring freeze is also in effect. This isn't just a slow period, it feels like a deliberate slowdown. Are others seeing this across Cencora? Is this a sign of things to come, or is it just budget adjustments for the next quarter? I'm trying to figure out if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm just in a department that's being hit harder. Any intel on hiring freezes or slowdowns at Cencora would be helpful. Yeah, I'm seeing something similar over here. We were actively recruiting for a few roles, and suddenly they've all been paused. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which is adding to the uncertainty. Hopefully, it's just a temporary budget recalibration and not a sign of bigger issues. It's definitely causing some anxiety among the teams.
