Centene: Anyone else noticing a slowdown in new projects/initiatives?

Lately, it feels like things have really slowed down across the board here at Centene. New project approvals seem to be taking way longer, and some initiatives that were supposed to kick off this quarter have been pushed back indefinitely. My team's workload has definitely decreased, and there's a general sense of 'waiting for the other shoe to drop.' I know there haven't been any official announcements, but this feels like a significant shift from how things were even six months ago. Is anyone else experiencing this? Are managers being cagey about future plans, or have you heard any internal reasons for this slowdown? Just trying to get a sense of the broader picture before jumping to conclusions.

I've felt it too. My department has been experiencing similar delays. It's definitely a change of pace from last year, and the uncertainty is a bit unsettling.
