Hey everyone, been feeling a bit uneasy at Centene lately. There's no official word on layoffs, but I've noticed a significant slowdown in project kick-offs and a general tightening of resources. My team has been told to 'prioritize ruthlessly' and some upcoming initiatives are being pushed back indefinitely. It feels like more than just a typical year-end budget shuffle. Are others experiencing similar things? Feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the anxiety is starting to build. Curious if this is a widespread sentiment or just my department. Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. The "prioritize ruthlessly" mantra has been echoing through my department for weeks. We've had to put a couple of key development cycles on hold because the necessary budget or personnel just isn't being allocated right now. It's creating a lot of frustration and uncertainty among the team, and frankly, it's impacting morale pretty significantly. Feels like we're constantly juggling priorities without the bandwidth to actually complete them.

I haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs either, but the vibe is definitely off.
