Yeah, I've definitely felt that too. It's not just your team; seems like a company-wide initiative. Resources are stretched thin everywhere, and it's making normal operations feel like a constant uphill battle. Totally agree. The atmosphere has been pretty tense lately with all the cutbacks. We're being asked to innovate and be more efficient, but the tools and support just aren't there anymore.
