Anyone else seeing changes in team dynamics at CenterPoint?

Hey everyone, been with CenterPoint for a few years now and lately, things just feel… different. Not in a good way. There's been a lot of quiet shuffling, a few 'reorganizations' that didn't seem to change much on paper, but the vibe in the office (and on Teams calls) is definitely more tense. People are holding their cards closer, meetings feel more formal, and there's a general sense of 'is my job safe?' that wasn't there before. I haven't heard any concrete layoff news, and I'm not seeing any obvious red flags like hiring freezes (though I could be wrong). Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this shift and if it's just me or a broader feeling within the company. Is this just the usual industry churn, or is something brewing?

I've noticed it too. It's like a subtle shift in the air. Less collaboration, more siloed work, and a general feeling of uncertainty that's hard to ignore. It's definitely impacting morale, and I'm curious to see if management addresses it or if it's just going to continue to fester. Hope things improve soon.

Yeah, the 'quiet shuffling' is definitely a thing. Seems like there's a lot of uncertainty about the direction things are headed. The atmosphere has become noticeably more cautious, and it's making it tough to feel motivated. Hoping for more transparency and stability in the near future.
