CenterPoint Energy - Any internal whispers I'm missing?

Hey everyone, been feeling a bit uneasy lately at CenterPoint. Nothing concrete has come out, no official announcements or anything like that, but there's definitely a weird vibe in the air. Been hearing a lot of talk in hallways and virtual meetings about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing our workforce,' which usually translates to layoffs down the line, right? Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which only adds to the anxiety. Has anyone else picked up on anything? Are specific departments being targeted, or is this a company-wide thing? Just trying to get a sense of what's really going on before it potentially hits us. Any intel, even anecdotal, would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of the curve here.
