Is anyone else feeling the pressure at CenterPoint?

Been working at CenterPoint for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels different. More pressure to hit metrics, less room for error, and the workload seems to be steadily increasing. It's like everyone's walking on eggshells. I've noticed a few familiar faces have moved on recently, though not sure if it was voluntary or not. Management talks about efficiency and 'streamlining operations,' which always makes me a bit nervous in this industry. Just wanted to see if others are experiencing this heightened intensity or if it's just my corner of the company. Feels like things are tightening up, and it's starting to impact morale. Curious to hear if anyone else feels this shift.

I've noticed the increased pressure too. It's more than just the usual demands of the job; there seems to be a new level of scrutiny on every task. 'Streamlining operations' is corporate speak for 'do more with less,' and it rarely ends well for the rank and file. The departures are a bit concerning, though I try not to speculate too much.
