Been seeing some posts about other energy companies making moves, and it got me thinking about our own situation at CenterPoint. We haven't had any major announcements or news that I've seen, but the general economic climate is certainly a topic of conversation in the break room. Management seems to be pushing for efficiency, which is understandable, but sometimes that language can be a precursor to other things. Is anyone else feeling a shift? Projects being put on hold? Hiring freezes in certain areas? Or is it business as usual? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and whether the cautious optimism is still the prevailing mood, or if there's a bit more underlying anxiety creeping in.
