Anyone else feeling the vibe shift at Ceridian?

Hey everyone, Been with Ceridian for a few years now, and lately, things feel… different. I haven't heard any concrete news about layoffs, and leadership hasn't said anything officially. However, there's definitely a quiet buzz going around. Project scopes seem to be tightening up, and there's been a bit more scrutiny on budgets than usual. Some teams are consolidating, and I've noticed fewer new hires coming in, at least in my department. It's not panic mode by any stretch, but the usual forward momentum feels a bit… paused? Curious if anyone else is picking up on similar signals, or if it's just me overthinking things. Maybe it's just a seasonal slowdown or a strategic pivot, but the atmosphere feels a little more cautious than it used to. Any insights from folks in other divisions or with longer tenures would be appreciated. Trying to get a pulse check here without causing unnecessary alarm.
