Anyone else feeling uneasy about the current climate at Ceridian?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on some weird vibes lately. No official news, of course, but there's been a definite shift in the air. Some teams seem unusually quiet, and there's been a bit more urgency around 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in internal comms. I've also noticed a few familiar faces popping up less and less in team meetings or across the company Slack. It could be nothing, and I'm probably just overthinking things, but it feels like the ground is shifting a bit. Anyone else experiencing this or have any intel? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and prepare myself if things are heading in a direction nobody wants. It's always tough when there's uncertainty. Staying positive but also keeping an eye out.

I've noticed some of the same things you're describing. The focus on efficiency feels amplified lately, and it's hard to ignore the quiet departures. It does create a sense of unease, wondering what's driving these changes. Hoping it's just a normal business cycle, but the feeling is definitely there.

Yeah, the 'efficiency' buzzwords have been pretty constant in my inbox too. It's definitely a concern when you see people moving on or their presence diminishing without much explanation. Makes you wonder about the long-term stability and what it means for those of us staying. Fingers crossed it's just a blip.
