Ceridian - Slowing down hiring?

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter internally and the pace of hiring seems to have really slowed down lately. Used to be constant new reqs popping up, but now it feels like things are really tight. Is anyone else noticing this? Seems like budgets might be getting scrutinized more heavily. Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just my department. Haven't heard any official layoff news, but this feels like a precursor to something. Anyone have any intel or insights? Trying to gauge the overall health of the company from a job security perspective.

I've definitely noticed a similar trend. It feels like approvals are taking longer and there's more back-and-forth than usual before a role even gets posted. It's a bit unsettling, especially when you're used to seeing a more robust pipeline of opportunities. I'm hoping it's just a temporary budgetary adjustment, but the change in pace is palpable across a few teams I've spoken with.

Interesting you bring this up. My team is experiencing the same thing. We were expecting to backfill a couple of positions, but the green light never seemed to materialize. There's a definite sense of caution permeating the air, and while there's no panic, it's hard to ignore the shift. I'm keeping an eye on things, but it certainly feels like a tighter hiring environment right now.
