Ceridian - What's the vibe check post-Dayforce Everywhere?

Hey folks, been with Ceridian for a few years now, mostly in the engineering side. Since the 'Dayforce Everywhere' push, it feels like the energy has shifted quite a bit. There's a lot of talk about alignment, synergy, and 'one Ceridian,' which is all fine and dandy, but I'm seeing increased pressure on teams and a weird sense of urgency that doesn't always translate into clear priorities. Anyone else feeling this? Is it just me, or has the focus moved away from the core product development that made us successful? Seeing some really talented people looking a bit burnt out, and honestly, the internal comms haven't done much to ease any anxieties. Just curious if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm in a bubble.

I'm definitely feeling a similar shift. The 'one Ceridian' mantra is everywhere, and while integration is important, it feels like the focus has gotten diffused. There's this constant buzz about strategic alignment, but sometimes it's hard to connect that back to the day-to-day work and what truly drives value for our customers. The urgency is palpable, but the clarity on *what* exactly we're urgently working towards seems to be lagging. It's making prioritization a real challenge and, frankly, a bit exhausting. Wondering if leadership truly understands the impact on the ground.
