Things like travel approvals becoming more scrutinized, less budget for external training, and even some internal perks seemingly scaled back. It feels like management is starting to conserve resources. I'm trying to parse what this means. Is it just standard fiscal year adjustments, or is there something more significant brewing? It's hard not to think about the 'L' word when you see these kinds of shifts, even if there's no official announcement. Has anyone else experienced this? Are teams being asked to do more with less?
