Starting to get a bit antsy here at Ceridian. My team's been told a couple of key initiatives are being pushed back indefinitely, citing 'resource allocation challenges.' Sounds like corporate speak for something else, right? On top of that, the folks in recruiting have been super tight-lipped, and it feels like any open requisitions are either stalled or have vanished. I haven't seen any official announcements, but the anecdotal evidence is piling up. Anyone in a different department notice similar delays or a sudden halt in hiring? Interesting you mention that. We've had some internal reshuffling and a noticeable slowdown in onboarding new hires, even for roles that were considered high priority.
