I've noticed a few long-term folks polishing up their LinkedIn profiles, which is always a sign. It's not just me, right? Anyone else experiencing this shift in the company culture? Curious if it's a widespread feeling or if I'm just picking up on a localized vibe. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's like a cloud has settled over the place lately. People are definitely more hesitant to speak up in meetings, and there's a general sense of unease that wasn't there before. Even the usually upbeat folks seem a bit subdued.
