Anyone else hearing whispers about potential reorganizations or a strategic shift happening at Ceridian? Lately, there's been a lot of talk about 'synergies' and 'optimizations,' which usually doesn't mean good things for headcount. My team's been told to expect 'changes' but no specifics. It's creating a lot of anxiety, and people are trying to figure out what it might entail. Is anyone in a position to shed more light on what's actually going on? I've heard similar rumblings. The 'synergy' and 'optimization' buzzwords are definitely making the rounds internally. It feels like a common corporate maneuver when they're looking to cut costs or reallocate resources, and unfortunately, that often translates to people's roles being impacted.
