Rumors of restructuring in engineering?

Been hearing some whispers about potential restructuring within the engineering org at Ceridian. Nothing concrete, just the usual water cooler talk, but it's been persistent. Some teams are apparently being merged or having their scope redefined. Makes me wonder if they're looking to optimize headcount or shift focus after the recent product launches. Anyone on the engineering side have a clearer picture? Is this just normal churn or something more significant? Trying to prepare myself mentally if there's a possibility of changes coming down the pipeline. Any info appreciated.

I've been hearing similar rumblings from folks I know in engineering. It's hard to get straight answers, but the talk of team consolidations and shifting priorities seems to be more than just idle gossip this time. It's definitely making people nervous about job security and where things are heading long-term. Hopefully, management will provide some clarity soon. It's tough to plan when the ground feels like it's constantly shifting underfoot, especially after putting in a lot of hard work on those recent launches.
