Anyone else in engineering feeling the pressure at CF?

As a long-time engineer at CF, I'm starting to get a weird feeling. Project timelines seem to be tightening up, and there's a lot more emphasis on cost-cutting measures across the board. I've noticed some roles that were previously quite stable are now under review, and there's a general sense of 'do more with less.' It's not a full-blown layoff announcement, but the whispers are definitely there. Has anyone else in the technical fields experienced similar things? Are there any signs of potential consolidation or shifts in strategic focus that might lead to headcount adjustments? Trying to understand if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain pockets. Any intel from Ops or other departments would be appreciated. Just trying to get ahead of any potential storm.

I've been with the company for a while now and can definitely relate to what you're seeing. The "do more with less" mantra has been a recurring theme lately, and it's creating a noticeable strain. I haven't been with CF as long as some, but I'm picking up on similar vibes. The pressure cooker seems to be on, especially with those tight deadlines and the intense focus on cost reduction.
