CF Industries: Anyone else feel like their role is becoming less secure?

I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy about my position at CF. No concrete layoff news, but the general economic climate is making me nervous. We've had a few 'reorganizations' over the past year, and while no one I know directly has been impacted, it feels like the writing is on the wall for potential future cuts. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which, in my experience, usually means something is brewing. Just wondering if anyone else feels this way or has heard anything, even indirectly. Are project scopes being reduced? Are new hires frozen? Is there a hiring freeze? Any insights from finance, HR, or leadership would be greatly appreciated. Trying to prepare myself mentally and professionally, just in case.

I'm in a similar boat. The 'efficiency improvements' talk has been constant, and while it sounds positive on paper, it often translates to fewer people doing more work. It's hard not to get a bit anxious when you see those kinds of shifts happening, especially with the broader economic uncertainties. I've been trying to keep my head down and focus on my projects, but the whispers and lack of clear communication from leadership definitely add to the unease.

Yeah, that feeling of uncertainty is definitely palpable.
