CF Industries: Anyone else feel the pressure increasing without clear direction?

Been at CF for a while now and lately it feels like the expectations are through the roof, but the resources and clear objectives aren't really matching. Like, we're being asked to do more with less, and when you ask for clarification or more support, it's kind of a brush-off. It's creating a lot of anxiety within my team. We're all working hard, but it feels like we're running on a treadmill that's speeding up. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this just the usual end-of-year push or something more systematic? Trying to gauge if this is normal or if there's a bigger underlying issue causing this pressure.

Totally relate to the treadmill feeling! Been here a few years and the 'do more with less' mantra seems to be getting louder. It's frustrating when you're genuinely trying to deliver but keep hitting roadblocks that feel avoidable if there was just a bit more clarity on priorities or better resource allocation. The anxiety is real; it impacts morale and makes it hard to feel like you're making meaningful progress. Hoping for some direction soon, or at least a better understanding of the 'why' behind the constant ramp-up. It's definitely not just an end-of-year crunch anymore, feels like the new normal.
