Lately, it feels like my team (and honestly, several others I've talked to casually) are being asked to do more with less. Projects are piling up, deadlines are getting tighter, and there's a definite sense of strain. I know the industry can be cyclical, but this feels different. It's not just about being busy; it's about feeling stretched thin to the point where quality might eventually suffer. We're not getting new hires, and there haven't been any major budget increases that I'm aware of. It makes me wonder if there's a larger plan in motion or if this is just the new normal. Is anyone else experiencing this crunch? Curious if it's isolated to certain departments or a broader company trend. Trying to figure out if I should be proactively looking for opportunities elsewhere or if this is a temporary situation.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It's like the expectations keep rising, but the support system isn't keeping pace. Totally feel you on this. The workload seems to be increasing exponentially, but there's no sign of additional resources coming down the pipeline. It's frustrating because we want to deliver great work, but it's becoming a real challenge to maintain quality when everyone is stretched so thin.
