Hey everyone, been with CF for a few years now and things feel... uncertain. There haven't been any official announcements, but I'm picking up on a lot of chatter in the hallways and on Teams about potential 'organizational adjustments' or 'strategic realignments.' It's creating a weird vibe, you know? People are more cagey, and there's this undercurrent of 'what's next?' Performance reviews felt a bit more intense this year, and I've noticed a few high-level positions opening up, but others seem to be consolidating. Is anyone else hearing similar things or picking up on any specific areas that might be affected? Trying to get a sense of the landscape before it shifts too much. Just want to be prepared, I guess. I've been hearing similar whispers. It's tough when there's so much uncertainty without clear communication. The 'hallway chatter' can be more anxiety-inducing than any official news.
