Seeing some strange things happening across the board at CF recently. Travel budgets seem to have been slashed, there's a lot more scrutiny on expenses, and some project timelines are being pushed back with vague explanations about "resource allocation." It feels like more than just standard quarterly adjustments. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the atmosphere feels a bit tense. Are others experiencing similar things? Is this a sign of impending layoffs, or just a strategic move to improve efficiency? Trying to get a pulse on what's really going on before jumping to conclusions. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've definitely noticed the same here. Travel approvals are taking way longer, and it feels like every purchase order is getting a second, third, and fourth look. Project delays are frustrating, especially when the reasons given are so fuzzy. It's creating a lot of uncertainty, and frankly, it's hard not to worry about what this means long-term. Hoping it's just a temporary recalibration and not a sign of bigger issues down the line.
