Yeah, I've definitely felt that squeeze too. It seems like the workload has been steadily increasing over the past year, with resources staying pretty much the same. It's tough to maintain quality and morale when you're constantly feeling stretched thin. Hoping it's just a phase and things will even out soon, but it's hard not to worry about burnout. Totally get where you're coming from. My department's been under a similar kind of pressure. We've had a couple of key people leave, and their responsibilities got absorbed by those of us still here. It's definitely noticeable and makes day-to-day operations more challenging. I'm also wondering if this is a sign of broader organizational changes or just a particularly busy period.
