CF Industries: Seeing a lot more internal reshuffling lately.

Anyone else notice a lot more people moving around internally at CF? Feels like departments are being reorganized or consolidated more than usual. Not hearing any direct layoff talk, but it's giving me that 'restructuring' vibe. Some teams are definitely leaner than they were a few months ago. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm in a specific area that's getting hit harder. Started about 6 months ago and it feels like things are constantly in flux. Is this normal for CF or is something brewing?

I've definitely noticed some of that too. Seems like there's been a fair bit of movement across different departments, especially in the last quarter. My team has had a few people shift roles, and we've absorbed some responsibilities from another group that saw some consolidation. It hasn't felt like layoffs, more like trying to optimize operations or maybe prepare for different market conditions. It's always a bit unsettling when things feel this fluid, but I'm hoping it leads to more efficiency in the long run.

Yeah, the internal shuffling has been noticeable from my end as well. It feels like they're trying to streamline things, possibly a response to industry trends or internal strategic shifts. While I haven't heard anything concrete about broader restructuring, the constant movement and slight shifts in team structures definitely give that impression. It's hard to say if it's company-wide or localized, but it's good to hear I'm not the only one seeing these changes. Hopefully, it settles down soon.
