Just saw the news about another 63 people let go on May 31st. This is getting concerning. Feels like a recurring theme now. I'm not directly impacted this time, but it's hard not to worry about the stability of the company and my own role. Anyone else feeling the uncertainty? Is this a sign of bigger problems or just strategic adjustments? Curious to hear what people think is driving these ongoing reductions. Are we seeing a slowdown in the industry, internal restructuring, or something else entirely? Trying to stay positive but it's tough when you see these numbers keep ticking up.

I'm with you on this. It's tough to see these layoffs happening repeatedly. While they say it's strategic, the frequency does make you pause and consider the bigger picture. I'm hoping it's more about streamlining operations and adapting to market shifts rather than a sign of deep-seated financial issues. The uncertainty is definitely palpable, and it's natural to be concerned about job security in this environment. Hopefully, we get more clarity soon about the long-term strategy.
