Anyone else at Schwab feeling the constant churn?

0x7036…5650Just saw the news about another 63 people being let go on May 31st. Honestly, it's getting hard to keep track. It feels like there's always some kind of restructuring or 'efficiency drive' happening. I've been here a few years and it seems like the headcount is always in flux. Makes it tough to plan, you know? You start building relationships, working on projects, and then suddenly people are gone. Wondering if anyone else is feeling this same instability and what it means for morale and future projects. Is this just the new normal in finance, or is Schwab doing something particularly aggressive?
