I hear you. The TDA integration has been a nightmare for everyone. Four years is a good run, and it sounds like you've hit your limit. Decent pay doesn't compensate for the stress you're describing. Start putting feelers out there, even if the market is tough. Update your resume, network, and see what's available. Your mental health is more important than a paycheck.
Compliance is tough anywhere, and Schwab is a big company. Maybe try to talk to your manager or HR before jumping ship? It might be possible to transfer to a different department or negotiate a lighter workload. If they know they're about to lose a seasoned analyst, they might be willing to work with you. Have you considered using any of Schwab's resources for mental health?
