Severance package questions - anyone else getting the runaround?

Just got the news yesterday, part of the 63. Really blindsided. HR is being super vague about the severance details. They mentioned 'standard package' but wouldn't confirm what that actually means. Was in client services for about 4 years. Anyone else in a similar boat who got clarification? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth pushing back on anything. They gave us a week to sign the release form, which feels really short. Am I missing something, or are they just trying to rush us out the door? Any advice on what questions to ask or what to look out for would be super helpful. Feeling pretty stressed about the whole thing.
