Chevron - Hearing whispers about restructuring, anyone have intel?

Hey all, been working at Chevron for a few years now and lately, the office vibe has been... strange. Lot of hushed conversations, managers looking more stressed than usual, and some project teams seem to be shrinking or getting reassigned without clear explanation. It's not just my department either, I've heard similar things from folks in other divisions. No official announcement, no emails, nothing concrete. But the feeling is definitely there. Is anyone else picking up on this? Are there any internal comms or project shifts that seem like they could be precursors to something bigger? I'm trying not to spiral, but it's hard when you feel like the ground is shifting beneath you. Anyone have any actual intel, even if it's just educated guesses based on what you're seeing/hearing? Trying to get a sense of what might be coming down the pipeline.
