Anyone else feeling the pressure at Chipotle lately?

Hey everyone, been working at Chipotle for a couple of years now, mostly in the back of house. Lately, it feels like things have been getting more intense. Management is really pushing for speed and efficiency, which I get, but it's starting to feel unsustainable. We're constantly short-staffed, and the pressure to hit these metrics is insane. I've seen a few people leave recently, not in a layoff way, just... resigned. Is this just my store, or is anyone else experiencing this? It feels like they're trying to squeeze more out of us without actually hiring more people. I'm starting to wonder if this is a sign of things to come, or just a rough patch. Curious to hear if others are feeling this vibe or if I'm just being paranoid. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when you're constantly running on fumes and the energy from leadership feels a bit off.

Yeah, I've noticed a difference even as a customer. Sometimes the line is way longer than it used to be, and the crew seems really stressed. There's definitely a vibe of urgency, like they're trying to get through as many orders as possible, as fast as possible. It makes sense that if management is pushing that hard, it's going to wear people down, especially when you're already dealing with the usual rush hour chaos. Hope things ease up for you all.
