Anyone else hearing whispers about corporate restructuring?

I’ve been at the RSC for a few years now, and the vibe lately feels off. We keep hearing about 'operational efficiency' and 'streamlining workflows' in every all-hands meeting, but there hasn't been any real substance behind those buzzwords. Lately, leadership has been super tight-lipped about the Q3 targets, and some of the internal project timelines just got pushed back indefinitely without a clear explanation. It feels like we’re in a holding pattern. I’ve noticed a few senior managers spending a lot of time in closed-door meetings that weren't on the calendar before. Maybe I’m just paranoid because of how bad the market is right now, but I’ve been through a re-org before and this feels like the preamble to something bigger. Has anyone in the field or support centers heard anything concrete? I’m trying to decide if I should start brushing up my resume or if I’m just reading too much into the normal corporate noise. Don't want to panic for no reason, but I'd rather be prepared than blindsided.

Same here. Every time they start tossing around 'streamlining' and 'operational efficiency,' it’s usually code for layoffs or a massive reorg. I’ve noticed the same radio silence regarding Q3, which is never a good sign. It feels like everyone is waiting for the other shoe to drop, and the lack of transparency is starting to kill morale. If projects are getting canned without a word, I wouldn't be surprised if they’re clearing the deck for something major before the end of the year. Keep your resume updated.
