Chipotle - Any word on potential role eliminations?

Lately, there's been a lot of talk in the back rooms and during shifts about certain positions being 'evaluated' and some management roles being consolidated. It's all very hush-hush, but the unspoken fear is palpable. People are asking questions, but the answers are always vague – 'strategic realignment,' 'optimizing our workforce,' etc. This usually means one thing in my experience. Has anyone heard concrete information about potential role eliminations or significant department changes at Chipotle? Trying to gauge the severity and if this is company-wide or specific to certain regions/stores. Any intel would be appreciated, trying to prepare myself and my colleagues.
