Chipotle - Staffing levels seem thin at my local store

Just wanted to see if anyone else has been noticing this. Over the past few months, it feels like my regular Chipotle is consistently understaffed. I'm talking about having only 2-3 people on the line during what used to be peak hours, and the cashiers are often doing double duty on the line or vice-versa. This means longer wait times, and honestly, the quality of service feels like it's slipping a bit because everyone's so rushed. It's not just one or two times; it's become the norm. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide thing, maybe a push to cut labor costs, or if it's just my specific location? Could be a hiring freeze, or maybe people are quitting faster than they can replace them. The food prep still looks decent, but the customer-facing side seems to be feeling the strain. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends.

Yeah, I've noticed it too at my usual spot. It's frustrating because when they're properly staffed, the experience is usually pretty good, but lately, it's been a gamble. You end up waiting ages and then the staff seems stressed, which isn't great for anyone. Makes you wonder if corporate is cutting corners too much. Hopefully, they address it soon before people start going elsewhere more often.
