Chipotle - What's happening with store leadership?

Hey everyone, I've been at Chipotle for a couple of years now and lately, things have felt... weird. Especially at the management level. I've seen a few GMs and Peppers leave my patch pretty suddenly in the last few months, and not always with a lot of explanation. It's making people in the stores nervous, wondering if there's a bigger shake-up coming. Anyone else seeing this trend? Is it just my region, or is corporate tightening things up? Feeling like there's a lot of uncertainty going around, and it's starting to impact morale. Just trying to get a sense of what others are experiencing. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the constant churn at the top is definitely noticeable.
