Chubb - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with Chubb for a few years now in the underwriting side. Lately, feels like the vibe has shifted. Projects are being scrutinized more, budgets are tighter, and there's definitely a lot more talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' It's not a layoff announcement or anything concrete, but the air feels heavy. Performance reviews are coming up, and I've heard whispers about 'right-sizing' certain departments. Anyone else in Chubb experiencing something similar? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide thing? Trying to gauge if I should start dusting off the resume or if this is just the usual corporate churn. Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling.

I'm on the claims side and definitely feeling the pinch. We're seeing increased scrutiny on file handling times and a real push to reduce indemnity payouts. It's creating a lot of stress trying to balance thoroughness with speed. The 'efficiency' talk is constant, and while I understand the need to be competitive, it does make you wonder about the long-term impact on quality and employee morale.

Underwriting here too, and yes, the pressure is palpable. Budgets are definitely tighter, and there's a microscope on every decision. It feels like a constant performance review, even outside of the official cycle. Heard similar whispers about department reviews, which is unsettling. Trying to stay focused on the work, but it's hard not to feel a bit anxious about what's coming next.
