Chubb - Anyone else feeling the pressure? Workload vs. Headcount seems off.

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other companies, but wanted to check in specifically about Chubb. Lately, it feels like the workload has been ramping up significantly across a lot of departments, at least from what I'm observing. Teams seem stretched thin, and people are putting in some serious hours. I'm starting to wonder if headcount is keeping pace with the demands, or if there's a subtle freeze happening that we're not officially hearing about. Anyone else in a similar boat? Is it just my area, or is this a broader trend at Chubb right now? Trying to gauge if this is a temporary crunch or something more systemic. Curious to hear if others are feeling this pinch and what their take is.

Totally feel this. The pace has been relentless lately, and it definitely seems like we're expected to do more with less. It's not just one or two teams either, I've heard similar things from colleagues in completely different areas. Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is if this continues. Definitely hoping for some clarity or adjustments soon.

I've noticed it too. It feels like we're constantly playing catch-up, and the sense of urgency is always high. Been trying to stay positive and focus on getting things done, but the constant pressure is starting to take a toll. Hoping management is aware and considering how to best support the teams moving forward. Perhaps some strategic hiring or better resource allocation is needed.
