Chubb - Anyone else notice the quiet hiring?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of roles at Chubb staying open for longer than usual, and some positions I thought would be filled quickly are still posted. It's not official layoffs or anything, but it definitely feels like a significant slowdown in hiring, or maybe even a soft freeze. Has anyone in recruitment or management seen or heard anything about this? Is it just a market slowdown affecting insurance too, or is something specific happening internally? Just trying to gauge the temperature here. Any insights appreciated.

Yeah, I've noticed something similar on my end. It's definitely quieter than it was a year or so ago. A few roles I was keeping an eye on have been up for ages, and it's strange not seeing the usual churn. Makes you wonder if they're being more selective, or if budgets are just tighter across the board. Hope it's not a sign of bigger issues down the line, but it's definitely a shift from what I've seen previously.
