Okay, I know there's no official announcement, and I hate to be the one to spread negativity, but the general vibe around here lately feels… off. There's been a lot of hushed conversations, some reorganization rumors in certain departments, and a general sense of unease. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and word is some teams are being graded tougher than usual. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar signals or has heard any whispers that might suggest something bigger is brewing. Trying to prepare myself mentally if things go south. Don't want to jump to conclusions, but can't shake this feeling. Anyone else feeling this?

I've been hearing similar things. It's definitely a tense atmosphere, and the whispers about performance reviews being stricter definitely have people on edge. It's tough when the rumor mill starts churning, especially without any concrete information.
