Chubb - Management seems really quiet lately. Anyone else notice?

Just feels like there's a weird vibe going on. Management's been pretty tight-lipped about the future, and there's definitely a sense of 'hurry up and wait' everywhere. Projects are getting pushed back, new initiatives seem to be on hold indefinitely, and nobody seems to have clear answers when you ask. Been hearing whispers about budget freezes in some departments, but nothing concrete. Anyone else in a similar boat? Trying to figure out if this is just my team or a broader thing happening across Chubb. Is anyone seeing any hiring freezes or slowdowns in recruitment? Just want to get a sense of what's really going on.

I've definitely noticed a similar quietness from management. It's creating a bit of an unsettling atmosphere when you're unsure about upcoming projects or strategic direction. There's a general feeling of being in limbo, and the lack of clear communication is making it hard to plan effectively. Hoping for some transparency soon so we can all get back on track.

Yeah, the lack of communication is palpable. It feels like we're all just treading water right now, waiting for some sort of announcement or shift. It's tough to stay motivated when you don't know what's coming next or if priorities have changed. I'm also hearing similar murmurs about budget uncertainties, which only adds to the general unease. Hopefully, this is just a temporary phase.
