Hey everyone, Been at Chubb for a few years now and honestly, the vibe has shifted significantly in the last couple of months. It feels like there's a general sense of unease, and people are definitely more on edge than usual. Anyone else picking up on this? I've noticed a lot more hushed conversations in the hallways and people seem hesitant to make eye contact, which isn't like the usual Chubb atmosphere. I'm trying to figure out if it's just my team or a broader company thing. Are your departments experiencing this?
