Severance packages for the recent CA group?

Does anyone know if the 29 people let go in the CA office yesterday got a decent package or were they just shown the door? I’ve been hearing mixed things about the 'transition assistance' lately. It feels like every quarter now there’s a new round of 'streamlining' in different departments, and the anxiety on the floor is palpable. Management keeps saying we’re stable and growing, but the frequent WARN notices tell a different story. If you were one of the impacted, please share what the terms looked like if you're comfortable. Trying to gauge if I should be updating my resume more aggressively or if this is just standard operational resizing. The silence from leadership regarding the long-term headcount strategy is getting really loud.

I was part of the group affected yesterday, and honestly, the package was standard at best. It’s definitely not the generous cushion they make it out to be in those town hall meetings. They offer just enough to keep you quiet while you sign the release, but it barely covers a few months of COBRA and lost wages in this economy. Don’t hold your breath for anything life-changing; just get your resume out there immediately because the 'streamlining' isn't stopping anytime soon.

It is honestly getting exhausting to keep hearing about these constant rounds of cuts while leadership insists we are growing. The lack of transparency regarding the severance terms is just another sign that they don't value the people on the ground. If you are worried, start documenting everything and saving your personal contacts now. The atmosphere here has shifted from a professional environment to a waiting game, and it is clear that no department is truly safe from the next round of budget tightening.
