Anyone else feeling the pressure at Church & Dwight lately?

Hey everyone, I've been with C&D for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... off. Not sure if it's just my department or if it's a wider thing. Project timelines seem tighter, resources feel a bit stretched, and there's a general undercurrent of anxiety that wasn't there before. Management's communication has been pretty standard, but the unspoken stuff is what's getting to me. Little things like fewer social events, more internal 'efficiency' meetings. Has anyone else noticed a shift? Curious if others are feeling this and if there's any specific reason anyone can point to. Just trying to get a pulse on things.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's not just you. The pace has definitely picked up, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. I've noticed the same shift in atmosphere you're describing – a bit more stressed, less collaborative maybe. It's hard to pinpoint exactly why, but it's definitely a change from how things used to be. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase as the company navigates its goals, but it's definitely noticeable.
