Anyone else feeling uneasy at C&D?

Been at Church & Dwight for a few years now, and while things have been stable, there's this growing undercurrent of unease. Heard some whispers in the breakroom and online about potential restructuring, but nothing concrete. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, which is understandable given the competitive nature of the industry, but it's making people anxious. Seeing competitors make moves, and honestly, some of our product lines feel like they're not getting the attention they used to. Anyone else picking up on this vibe? Or am I just overthinking it after reading too many layoff threads elsewhere? Curious to hear if anyone has any genuine insights or just wants to commiserate.

I've been with C&D for a while too, and I definitely feel that undercurrent you're talking about. It's that quiet anxiety that creeps in when things aren't crystal clear. The lack of direct communication, even if it's for good reasons, does tend to breed speculation. It’s tough when you’re invested in the company and you start seeing external market shifts without a clear internal strategy being communicated. Hoping for some clarity soon.

Totally get what you're saying about the unease. It’s hard to ignore the whispers, and the silence from leadership doesn't exactly quell the nerves. I've noticed some shifts in focus myself, and it's natural to wonder what it all means for the future. Hopeful that whatever decisions are being made are strategic and ultimately benefit the employees and the company's long-term health, but the uncertainty is definitely a drag.
