C&D - Anyone Else Notice Fewer Openings?

Been keeping an eye on internal and external postings at Church & Dwight lately, and it feels like there are significantly fewer roles open compared to, say, six months ago. Usually, there's a pretty steady stream, but it's been pretty sparse recently. Does this suggest a hiring freeze or is it just a seasonal lull? I haven't heard any direct layoff news, which is good, but the lack of new opportunities is making me a little antsy. Curious if others have observed the same trend across different departments or locations. Trying to gauge if this is a sign of impending cuts or just standard business cycles. I've been monitoring C&D's careers page too, and I'm seeing the same thing. It does feel like things have slowed down considerably. It's hard to say for sure if it's a full freeze or just a dip in hiring for specific departments or projects. I've been trying to stay optimistic, but it's definitely noticeable compared to the volume we've seen in the past. Hopefully, it picks up soon for everyone looking.
