C&D - Anyone Seeing Headcount Reductions?

Seeing a lot of chatter on here about layoffs in consumer goods, and it got me thinking about Church & Dwight specifically. I've been at C&D for a while and things seem stable on the surface, but I've noticed a few positions that were open for a long time didn't get filled, and some smaller projects seem to have been shelved. Has anyone actually experienced or heard directly about any recent layoffs or significant headcount reductions at C&D? Like, actual people being let go, not just 'restructuring' that means people get absorbed. I know some companies are being tight with budgets and hiring freezes, but I'm trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening internally. If you've seen or heard anything concrete, please share.
