Hey all, been at C&D for a few years now, and things feel... different lately. Heard some whispers about potential restructuring or departmental consolidations, but nothing concrete. Leadership's been pretty tight-lipped. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just the usual end-of-year jitters, or is something bigger brewing? Trying to stay ahead of the curve here, but the silence is deafening. Wondering if anyone has any intel, even rumors, on what might be happening behind closed doors. Seems like a lot of projects are being re-prioritized, and some roles are definitely more scrutinized than others. Just want to be prepared, whatever that might mean. I've been feeling the same way. The atmosphere has definitely shifted, and it's not just the usual holiday buzz. There's a sense of uncertainty, and the lack of clear communication from management isn't helping. I'm hoping it's just standard end-of-year planning, but the rumors about restructuring have me a bit concerned too. Yeah, the silence is pretty loud, isn't it? It's understandable to be curious when things feel a bit up in the air. I haven't heard anything definitive myself, but I'm also keeping an ear to the ground.
