Lately, I've noticed a definite shift in the general mood around the office. People seem more reserved, less communicative than usual. Fewer spontaneous brainstorming sessions, more heads down and focused on just getting tasks done. It feels like there's an underlying tension that wasn't there a year ago. Could just be the usual end-of-year grind, but it feels deeper than that. Are others picking up on this? Are project pipelines looking leaner? Any insights into increased scrutiny on spending or resource allocation? Just trying to understand if this is a shared experience or if I'm just caught in a personal funk.
