Thoughts on recent C&D hiring freeze rumors?

Heard some whispers through the grapevine about a potential hiring freeze kicking in soon at Church & Dwight. Doesn't seem to be any official announcement, but a few internal job postings have suddenly gone quiet, and some managers are apparently being told to hold off on backfills. This isn't ideal, especially with some of the existing workloads. Is anyone else hearing this or seeing signs of it? Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just standard budget tightening. My team is already pretty lean, so adding more to our plates isn't exactly appealing. Anyone have any inside scoop?

I've been keeping an eye on C&D as well, and while I haven't heard concrete news about a hiring freeze, I have noticed a general slowdown in recruitment for some roles I was tracking.
